In Australia a cranial therapist is called an osteopath. I think they are good as they are gentle.

I find I hold a lot of tension and stress in my neck too. I get huge muscle knots that I need to massage out myself, or get someone to massage to release them. It's painful :(
I don't trust chiro's for muscle tension... massage (in my humble opinion) therapists are more suited.

How is your neck at the moment?

My husband sounds like he has your problem. He gets knots in his neck. He used to have chiropractor treatment but he would always have to keep going back. The doctor gave my husband stretches to do. Provided he does the stretches every day my husband no longer has neck problems and it costs nothing.

Astral Suzey & Sharon.....

Magnesium supplement... Look for Magnesium Aspartate, Magnesium Gluconate, or Magnesium Taurate.

I never thought lack of magnesium could cause neck pain. I will let my husband know about it.
