Unhappy Letting go help?

I apologize for the long post!

I constantly dream about this person, see feathers when I think of them. I see their name everywhere e.g. lets say they are called Ashley then I see a band poster saying “Jacob Ashley” plaything this date etc. Or a film directed by Ashley XXX etc. I’m so confused because I’d love to believe in synchronicity and everything happens for a reason right? I ask for signs that I’ll be loved soon and I see hearts in the clouds all the time. I asked if it was a sign that I was seeing their name and it stopped for a short time but it’s all starting again. I randomly thought about a song that they loved and low and behold the next day whilst I was driving the song came on. I don’t really get much response from my spirit guides though, unless I’m just not strong enough to pick up yet.

I made the mistake of consulting with about 10 different physics (I’m not slating anyone with psychic abilities, I respect you all, but I shouldn’t of done so many), the only recurrent thing I’ve been told is that I have an elderly man and woman as my spirit guides. They all told me different things. The first two said that ‘the person’ would contact me again within 2 months, the other said 2 weeks. The other psychics didn’t give me an answer on whether they would or not. Of course “the person” has not contacted me in 4 months.

Yes I do wish they would contact me because I believe we were connected on a physically, mental and spiritual but they have actually moved on with someone else. I see them sometimes going to work but I find myself walking around hoping to see them or them to see me and it’s got to stop now. I have nothing of them; I deleted them off social media etc. But they continue to “like” photos my friends tagged me in. Yeah I know I know it’s over and it means nothing. I know it’s over and we will not re-connect. I’ve been through worse break-ups and gotten over them so quickly so I do not understand why I can’t let this one go. I’m not naïve to think of us as perfect because it wasn’t, but we really did support each other. I do forgive this person because I understand why we broke up; I was in an extremely negative place. I hold no hatred towards them.

I need help letting go. I pray every night to my spirit guides and the angels for help, for mental strength to stop thinking about them. I’ve prayed to Archangel Michael to cut all the chords to them and then I’ve taken a salt baths with rose quartz. I’ve tried chakra healing meditations or other ‘letting go’ meditations every night. I may feel better for a day but then it all comes back. They won’t leave my mind and its driving me insane.

I do keep busy, I have a very complicated job which helps and I do a lot of fitness activities including volunteering for charity. I also see friends and family a lot but I do like to sit alone and meditate as well. I also practise positive affirmations every day and I write in a gratitude journal.

I need more powerful help. Can anyone recommend anything? At this point I feel so lost. If any of you could just jump into my brain and re-wire it or make me forget them I’d be grateful

Hi rivakoi, you aren't going to get anywhere while you continue to think about the other person.

Write or daydream about the life you hope for (without including (ashley) her, write about it in present tense and before you know it you will be living the life of your dreams saying "(ashley) who".

You are doing all the right things.

Let me explain a little something which might be helpful.
Let's say the name 'Ashley" has a certain frequency, when you think of 'Ashley' other things of that frequency become apparent around you - hence seeing the name "Ashley very often. and hearing songs that remind you of Ashly. This could go on forever it you keep holding the "Ashley" frequency in your own mind and field. The Universe is just mirroring back to you what's going on inside.
Psychics read Current energies in your field, in which "Ashley" energies are very present as it is a reoccurring thought/emotion for you. They will continue to read it as present until you replace it with other thoughts and energies.

You are doing all the right things like cord cutting, salt/rose quartz baths, asking for Angelic help. The only missing ingredient is Mind Control. After you take a bath, or ask for cord cutting or whatever you choose, you must diligently moniter your thoughts and keep 'Ashley' thoughts out of your mind - just stop the thoughts when they come through and replace them with another thought which is unrelated and of a higher frequency. like "Oh wow, look at the fall colors in those trees over there!" or "I really enjoyed hanging with my friends last night" or whatever higher frequency thought you can find.

Right now your brain has a habit of "Ashley" thoughts, RE-TRAIN it. It's just become a habit is all and one the brain uses to beat up on itself and give it something to think on. Our brains can be like a dog knawing on a bone - completely absorbed even though there hasn't been meat on that bone in weeks!
So just take away it's bone and when it starts sniffing around for it throw it a ball instead (happy thought) and distract it. In time it will forget about that old meatless bone and you can move on.

As the saying goes - Control your brain or it will run amok! (or someone else will control it)

I would stop with the consulting psychics/tarots. There is a reason why we have a limit to get tarot readings on this forum, because it can become obsessive. Not to mention, you make yourself dependent on another person to figure out the work you need to do on your own. Tarot is a self development tool, it's actually considered a 'game' because there is a lot of subjective opinion at play. I am sure at least one of them has told you to put the subject to rest and work on self.

Personally, If my child had a similar issue, I would get them a professional counselor to work with. Someone who can aid them with techniques on changing/altering behavior patterns. You could also have an assessment to see if there is another underlying problem that has not been diagnosed.

Anywho, not sure if this is any help but maybe this book will help, It's called The Unthethered Soul by Michael Singer. Audio Here. Has to deal with conflicting voices/thought patterns in the mind and how to silence them. I am sure there are better videos but something worth looking into.If you can take one thing away from it, meditation is beneficial to clear the clutter/noise the mind is doing to you. I feel that is partially what is going on here, your doing a lot of thinking, your mind is racing trying to find solutions and answers to fix or change the 'problem' and really sometimes all you have to do is stay still and do nothing.

Thankyou. It's the "re-train" part I'm struggling with. Or maybe I'm not as strong minded as I thought.
