For as long as I can remember, I am feeling like there is a sadness, something to grief, something missing.
Do not understand me wrong, I like a good laugh, I am friendly (sometimes too friendly and then they take advantage of me). But there is always that cloud, but why, for who or from what. I have asked myself already, is something happened in a past life, that I carry with me now. There has always been lonelyness too in my life.

It can be karma or unresolved issues from past lives which may be nagging. Meditation , total love can help you be anchored in Being and be tuned to intuition which resolves issues easily and help bring peace and joy.

I agree with Wolfgaze. It's just that lost Self... semingly lost. The Self is connected all time, you may just not know it anymore. It's a childhood thing and happens to many, maybe most of us. The sense of grief, loss, nebulous sadness leaves when you practice your kind of method to re-connect to your real Self. However long the practicing may take, it will happen.
