Simplicity is key I think. Just see yourself as part of all, then begin behaving accordingly.

I am getting there. I'm at about 4/10 in the bliss almost continually when I'm thinking about it and relaxing into it.

It seems to get stronger when I've done a bit of releasing. During the releasing is not blissful. It's tight and it hurts a little. After releasing it's much more open and expansive.

There's a difference between contracting and expansive bliss. A typical orgasm is contracting. Expansive bliss is much more satisfying and continual. It is ever-flowing like a stream. Imagine a mild orgasm that doesn't pulse, but flows steadily through your heart and body.

The best bliss I ever had wasn't even ineffable. I could describe it with words. It was almost overpowering though.

You probably know all this, but it doesn't hurt to mention it to others.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

We may label things as “good” or “bad” but “everything is our companion,” whether animate or inanimate,
accompanying us on our journey.

Nature is a special companion of mine as I frequently go camping somewhere in the great outdoors; regardless
of the weather, I go camping in the rain, do snow camping. Went with a bunch of kids camping in the snow,
snow shoe hiking, making snow men, etc. Cold weather, hot weather, I love being in the great outdoors.

I am leaving this week on my September trip. As I am retired I go out usually for two weeks every month,
Two-weeks at home in my house and then two weeks camping in the great outdoors. No T.V., no internet,
and often no cell phone service. I am completely dependant on divine presence to guide me, and I am often
surprised by that presence.

One time I was leaning against a tree in a forest meditating and I opened my eyes and said aloud, “why is
everything the way that it is,” and it seemed the tree spoke to me and said, “everything is as it should be.”
I did not question what I heard because it was accompanied by a presence which gave me a deeper
understanding beyond thoughts or thinking about it.

Its’ a real treat to have deer eat from your hand, which they do when I am in a meditative state. Animals
are alarmed by our reactive mind. But even that is as a companion accompanying us on our journey.
Regardless whether I am in my house or in the great outdoors; inanimate objects or living things,
everything is on its way somewhere; all on a deeper level moving in the same connection. A Zen Koan says
that “love is harmony, even in discord.”

Everything has a presence which when we feel can give us a better understanding than thoughts could ever construct.
But in this world more validity is given to thoughts than they are to feelings.

It is all as simple as silence. It is so simple that a new born baby can grasp it.
IMHO, lots of people think we are human do'ers when actually we are a human state
of being. Lots of people think that life is complicated when actually we are life.

I worked in the medical field for a couple of decades and have delivered babies, actually the mother delivers the baby and I just provided a platform with my hands for that baby as they entered this world. Tied off and cut the umbilical cord and often helped that baby take its first breath.

I have also seen hundreds of people die, many I held in my arms and helped them take their last breath. Especially when I was a combat medic during the Vietnam war. Although when I worked in a hospital it always amazed me how in a newborn nursery all of the babies lay in their bassinets side by side, regardless of their race, gender, or the religion, lack of religion, political affiliation or ideology, of their parents.

I found it to be the same way at most cemeteries, especially military cemeteries where all of the headstones on graves are lined up, and bodies lay side by side regardless of race, gender, or the religion, political affiliation, or ideology that person held while they were alive on this planet. Helping people take their first and last breath has been a privilege for me.

It helped me to realize how much difference takes place with a human being between birth and death. But in the beginning we all lay side by side as our bodies do at the end of our human journey, and there is little to no difference in either case. We start out seemingly being born equally, beyond which differences do come into play, and we end our earthly life seemingly equally, notwithstanding what many may believe about the afterlife, death does the same thing to everyone.

In my opinion our existence here on Earth is but the tip of a metaphorical iceberg. Most of what we are is below the surface. It is easy to get mesmerized by the surface but what is below the surface is much more alluring. If I were to put it in words, the cornerstone of my life is to “Know Thyself.” It seems like everything which I have gone through in this life aims at helping me to do just that.
