What is the benefit of having a high vibration?

While everything is of the same essence, our instrumental consciousness varies and is currently limited. If you want to call this "low vibration" as a construct while in the physical world of relativity in order to assess and orient one's life-purpose that is entirely valid.

Try changing the word "vibration" into "consciousness" and then see intuitively where that leads.

So-called "high vibration" is its own benefit, since by nature it leads to "higher vibration". You could also call it truth. The words really don't matter as long as the authentic spiritual aspiration for the evolution of consciousness and search for truth is genuinely present and the life energy is dedicated to it.

The very purpose of life is the dynamic evolution of consciousness; becoming that is important, not the evocative terminology.

One perspective is that the Soul or consciousness seeks expression though the personality and physical body. The lower our vibrations, the more resistance is encountered by the Soul. The higher our vibrations, the easier it is for Soul expression without resistance or distortion. So yes, higher vibrations should mean that we are more aligned with our purpose.

It is my understanding & experience that when your state of being is higher in frequency you hold LESS fear & judgement and MORE Unconditional Love & Acceptance. In reverse, the LESS fear and judgement you hold/have, the HIGHER your frequency will be vibrating at.

A higher vibrational frequency = MORE Bliss! MORE Joy & Peace! MORE Love & Appreciation for yourself and others, MORE Ease & Abundance --- all of those basic states & experiences that we're seeking.

I believe it allows us to simply put "do more"

Higher Vibration = More malleable energy, more choices, joy (with those choices), ease, flow, expansion

Low Vibration = Dense energy, less choices/more restriction, frustration (with those restrictions), rigid, constriction
