Pineal gland and some sort of sleep paralysis?

I’ve started listening to the 963hz frequency again and the same thing as last time happening to me. 963hz is supposed to activate the pineal gland, when I wake up in the mornings I can move and then my body tries to freeze up. I can get out of this by moving toes and fingers, then hand, arm etc. If I’m frozen for too long I’ll feel insane energy in my forehead and hear a radiating sort of sound. I’ve never seen a scary entity and when I first wake up I can move so I don’t think it’s sleep paralysis. Does anyone know what it is? Also when this does happen I panic a bit when obviously isn’t ideal in these situations

It sounds like you are having a hypnagogic hallucination, along with some pineal activity.

I thought these frequencies were supposed to be good for us, and activating the pineal gland. Whenever I go through a phase of meditating and listening to frequencies these things happen, what would your advice be? :)

I would not do it any more if your body reacts to it in such a negative way. Not everything good is good for everyone. Maybe it just doesn't agree with you? If the result of something that you are doing is so negative and frightening, I would think stopping is the natural solution.
