when to breath in and out in chi gong exercises ?

when to breath in and out in chi gong exercises ?

there are many videos that dont say when to breath in and when out - how do i know how to breath ?

i mean they say the breathing is an important part of the exercise so its weird they dont say when to breath in and when out

You start each Form on a In Breath and end on a Out Breath.... Always In through your nose and Out through your mouth.
Your tongue should be touching the roof of your mouth.

at the first form its split to 4 movments 2 upwards and 2 downwards

up to chest
than push upwards to sky
lower to shoulder
lower to ground

how should i breath i each part ?

Upwards you breath in, downwards out.

but its two separate movments upwards (and downqards) and both are long toghter they are very long - seems as if too long for a single inhale or exhale

No they are not to long when you get use to it, breathe deep and slowly and you will have enough breath
While you are just learning you can breathe normally, after practising for a while you will get the hang of it and get into your own rhythm.
