How to edit a thread I started?

Hi All,

I hope this question is not to elimentary, but I'm not sure how to do it- I introduced myself on the welcome forum and I included my real name.

Cause I'm new to this I don't really know the protocol and realised later maybe it's best not to show your real name? Is there a way to edit my original post so that I can take out my name? Even days after I posted it (I can't see the edit option).

Thanks for your help!

Best wishes,
Peace108
