Meditation anywhere anyplace anytime!!!

How is one?

Is everything alright?
Hope one has food to eat, water to drink and a place to stay.

Is one healthy?
Hope one is alive and full of life.

Is one free?
Hope one has time to play.

Is one's family and friends alright?
Hope the ones have food, water and shelter.

Is one’s family & friends healthy?
Hope the ones are alive and full of life.

Is one's family & friends free?
Hope the ones are free to meet and play.

What more does one need?

The pure and unadulterated meditative state (non-dual) is that of being the Witness and not the doer, not the thinker, not even the focused and discerning observer.

Do Nothing Meditation

https://deconstructingyourself.com/d...editation.html

"The core idea of this practice is that while, yes, total awakening is present in your mind at every moment, we often have trouble noticing it or contacting it (to say the least). One of the main blockages or obscurations that gets in the way is the sense of being a doer. Doership is the core of the sense of self, the heart of the ego. When you let go of the sense of effort, the sense of trying, the sense of choosing and doing, then there is a corresponding relaxing and diminishment of the ego."

A more practical application is "Work is No Work". Whatever one does, thinks, says, feels, etc... is the one doing work, and being the Witness of said doing, thinking, feeling, etc... no work is done.

Everything alright brother?
One had porridge, enjoyed it. Grateful.
What did one have there, for food?

Meditation anywhere anyplace anytime!!!

Commenting on the title--I smiled cuz in one thread here people were talking about the proper position to be in.
I said something like you can meditate standing on your head!
Just meditate - crowded noisy places --makes no difference.

And yes, the essentials - a roof, heat, water, food and HEALTH are
all we need.
Enthusiasm, which I equate to 'full of life', is so wonderful, so important.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

Beautifully put, enthusiasm is the arising.
To be filled by God and to play ecstatic
Children enter this state very easily, just seconds after waking up.

All time meditation
An orientation
Free flowing
Centred & glowing
To the bliss current
Ever sentient

We are as we are complete
Suffused with bliss replete
Marked by purity of intent
As our native element
Awake in stillness of silence
In vibrancy of innocence

What more does one need?
To stop hiding behind hope and come into acceptance of what IS.

To do whatever "one" came here for: to practice and learn to consciously create reality. (your "one" formulations crack me up)
