Dream About A Baby

I had a strange dream where I was a Lifeguard. I was sitting in my chair, pretty far away from the pool. It was just a normal lawn chair too, oddly enough.

Anyway, I saw someone doing something they shouldn't of and I went to say something, but someone beat me to it. I kind of got nervous. Then, I saw someone playing rough in the water and I blew my whistle, but it wasn't loud and went to tell them not to do that. When I got back, I told my Boss I would have to get a louder whistle.

Then, I saw a crowd of people around the kiddie pool. I walked over and I saw this small baby ( he/she looked like an infant). The baby had nothing on and was motionless. I knelt down and thought of performing CPR, but I remembered I needed to feel for a pulse. I bent over the baby and listened for a heartbeat and felt for a pulse. I got nothing. When I sat back up, I noticed the baby move his/her arms slightly. I stood up and looked over to see this woman. I asked her if she was the Mother and I was about to inform her of the situation when I woke up.

It was a bizarre dream, but I have had a dream where I attempted to rescue someone who I thought was drowning in a pool.

Hi there,

Here is some information regarding your dreams. I also have had many dreams involving babies and different scenarios involving water. I posted some links below with more information. Hopefully, this helps!

Babies symbolize innocence, new beginnings and your own vulnerabilities. Holding the baby can refer to a part of your life where you more needed. Drowning has to to do with accepting your vulnerabilities and accepting help from others. Usually, any dreams involving water have to do with your emotional state too.

the lifeguard, and the small baby are aspects of yourself.
as the baby you're just beginning life, and this may relate
to your 'spiritual awareness' being in it's infancy.
the lifeguard aspect is a new thing too... you've not even
graduated from a lawn chair yet, and are still at some
distance from the swimming area. you're only just starting
to exert your authority over providing a safe environment
for your infant you (and whomever else is visiting the area).
growing to trust your instincts (as when you grew nervous)
is probably a major step in your advancement.
at this juncture you're not left solely in charge of your own
development... the baby had been under the caring
attentions of others.
