I keep seeing flashes of light from the corner of my eye

Im hoping its my spirit guides, i have been trying to ask them to see me for along time now and i heard some place spirit guides appear as light sometimes i dont remember where i heard it though. It was white light ( or it could have some other color i dont remember because it was so fast) I saw some recently about 10 minutes ago and it startled me my heart was beating a bit fast but i calmed down quickly. Could it be my guides? It feels like it is but im not sure. I saw it a couple of other times , this all started recently. I have been telling myself "my spirit guides will visit me in a dream tonight " someone suggested it on a thread i made and it seems to be working if it is my guides anyways.

I also see these flashes of lights and can come into different shapes and sizes. The most common I see is blue and white. I've only seen red flashes three times in my life. Sometimes they're in the corner of my eye and go away until I look but they disappear really quickly. If you see small spots of light, then it is energy all around you. If they are large flashes, then it is your spirit guides. Sometimes it's not flashes you will see but orbs and streaks.

Spirit Guides and other spirits can appear as any size, shape, color, or form. I have seen my animal guide as a purple orb and my son's guides as streaks of bright white light. I've also seen my daughter's fae friend as super fast zipping silver orb. I saw them straight on, not through the corners of my eyes.

I see the flashes all the time, dozens every day. As some say we are just starting to go into higher dimensions, new energies on & around us... very generic explanations. Doesn't help that it's your spirit guide if you don't know what they are saying, right? I do hear my spirit guides- or surmise what's what thru constant discernment, if the sparkles (my flashes are tiny sparkles) are them, that's nice, but I wouldn't know how to confirm it.

Hi Raineco. My children conversed with them. One day I saw my son laughing and talking to the air. I followed his eyes and saw the bright white streaking lights zooming in front of our window. Since then I have learned who they are. I also had a vision of his main guide which was consistent with what he had told me. My children had described our guides and drawn them for me which was consistent with what my medium friends have said what they looked like.

My son has auric sight so he can distinguish between different types of energies. It's safe to say that building/wall energies don't talk back to him. The purple orb that I saw, he saw as my animal guide.

My daughter has confirmed that the silver zipping orb was one of her fae friends or guide.

It really helps to have others confirm who your guides are. I had really no idea who and what guides were until my children started seeing and speaking to "invisible" friends and I did some research on-line. They don't usually see each others's guides but both do share a guide and he will reveal what my son's guides look like to my daughter in the form of a hand held tv, or screen of some type.

I feel like I should take a moment to help by adding another possible explanation. If you have "bad eyes" in any way — myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia (the opposite), or any astigmatism — especially if you need to wear corrective lenses, please consider that you might have another 'functional' anatomical issue related to the vitreous of your eye tugging on the nerve. The effect is called "retinal flashes," and it often looks like a bright white or blue flash—of many shapes, but often small—in the periphery of your vision. It's a common problem.

When I first started to get retinal flashes (early 20s), they would generally occur spontaneously and last about two weeks. The same applies to now, only they last for longer and have become more pronounced. Pretty typical for the aging eye. However, you have to be aware and remain vigilant when they happen because they could signal the possibility of an impending tear or retinal detachment.

The more you know, the better you can prevent these things. I tend to approach visual disturbances as something known until ruled out. That has helped me to maintain the health of my eyes, at very least.

One of the only exceptions to this personal rule was when I was 14: My friend and I both saw the same spherical (or nearly so) flashes of electrical white light in the room when no one else was able to perceive them. She later called them "kews," but I came to find out other people refer to them as "orbs". Whatever the case, it was a one time event for both of us. My vexing retinal issues are not.

I do see tiny sparkles sometimes . It look like glitter in the sky. Is this what you mean? because i see alot of this too and im wondering what it means.

it dosint really show up unless i stare, iv never had high blood pressure i would have had other symptoms from it.Sometimes after i meditate i see it more clearly . I mostly see it in the sky at day time . It when i stare i dont see it always.
