Thinking positive is helpful, but it does not resolve or heal grief issues ...
If there is residual grief it can be triggered w/out warning ...
I check myself to make sure I maintaining my health & to prevent hitting any land mines especially in public, in your case, place of employment ...
Some people just start to become fatigued or ill/headaches or depressed w/out realizing it is unresolved grief ...
Any of these start to happen, you can return to your grief to work on healing --- don't stuff it down it'll make it worse ...
