I keep seeing flashes of light from the corner of my eye

I remember when I first started seeing flashes and sparkles. I agree , i always look to eliminate the health issues by getting things checked, what good would it do to see phenomenon if your health is suffering. I had my eyes check, no issues there, then my health (bloodpressure) no problems. I still see the flashing lights and flitting shadows, I also see sparkles when I sense a shift in energy. As to who or what "they" are, I ask.
"who are you, why have you come, what does this mean to me and do you have a message for me. Another thing I have done is to challenge them to "show me your light" if I get and uneasy feeling about the situation. Communicate with our friends on the other frequencies.

hi i see sparkles of light also different colours and shapes and sizes , last night i meditated then protected myself i had a lamp on next to me which i could see the light on the ceiling i could see shadows dancing like flames. i relaxed and watched it for a while i could feel my spirit guide was with me , this is allfairly new to me but i am learning to relax with it the answers seem to come when you need them..

I also occasionally see what I can only describe as "sparkles" of light; however, it's only been when I'm going to bed at night and all is dark. For me, this is a relatively new thing. It's only been happening for a perhaps a year. I've never had high blood pressure but wouldn't rule out anything health related. You never know.

I've heard that is a sign of macular degeneration. I surely don't doubt angels exist around you but you should see an eye doctor to rule out something physical.

i see sparks of light an i believe they are my guides and guardians. they usually appear when they want me to pay attention. like if i am having an important conversation they will appear over someones shoulder and make me focus. or when im praying ill see them. sometimes it will be random but sometimes i can kind of expect them. i see a blue one a lot, a tel one, a white one, and a purple one. ive had a friend confirm seeing them too so i am not too worried about my eyes.
