Meditation is
Meditation is like being born anew in each new second. I say second but there are an infinite amount of numbers between one and two. What is one second. born anew in each new present moment?
It's relaxing. Like sinking into a big and comfortable recliner.
The self. Ohh yeahh, thats the good stuff. lol.
I should say successful meditation. It took me a long time before I figured out what it felt like to really meditate. For a long time I was just following fancy thoughts, attaching and detaching rather than observing and becoming.
I wonder what the difference is between observing and becoming.
At times it feels like we are observing something separate from us. At times it feels like to observe something is to become it, to feel the boundary disolve. Perhaps the difference is perception and perspective. We observe a thing. We are this, the thing is that. Becoming is realizing we are this and that, simultaneously.

Meditation which you says is journey in oneness. there everything paused, lose awareness of body & mind, lose awareness of breathe, breathe becomes slow pauseless & serene. Person become samadhist.
Only aware of existance but not involving in what exist.
Consciousness rise high and high, more & more subliminal of awareness.

Meditation is supposed to be relaxing but you have to do it right to actually feel relaxed. There are so many distractions that keep us from getting 100% involved.
But besides relaxation, Meditation has many other benefits like promoting immune function, reducing stress, enhancing memory.
