Rocking

[Reiki Awakening]

So lately i have noticed when i do any silent or zazen meditation after i settle in it feels like my upper body starts rocking or pulsing front to back and with a consistent temp. This does not happen with kirtan meditation. Does anyone else get this or experienced this?

I experience this quite a lot, yeah (my torso also moves in circles sometimes), and it's pretty common amongst meditators generally - I think it's just previously stuck or dormant energy starting to move as the body relaxes. I take it as a positive sign, so I just allow my body to breathe and move as it will.

Yep, I got the same thing, a gentle going back and forth due to a pulsing from the back of the heart chakra. I'm not certain if I actually move or not, but I do think so as, even though gentle, the pulsing is quite strong.
I only experience this with certain meditation, ones that are at a real high vibration and/or also incorporate the heart.
First I experienced it was from the back of the throat chakra, there's a portal there that can open and connect to 6D. But with another meditation from another person it's really from the back of the heart.
This meditation also means doing heart breath and flowing God through the back of the heart, out the front.

I'm not sure yet whether or not I like this pulsing.
