yes, physical excercise as well. But 5 times a week. Gives lots of clear mental power/energy.

I occasionally (2-3x a week) exercise in the morning. But I meditate everyday between 12AM-3AM.

I can just allow my HS to take over at any time and do what is necessary. I have to do it every day or at least five/six times a week otherwise the Kundalini flowing through me will get stuck and will cause unpleasant side-effects.

Hi Scarlett,

I just want to make sure you know there are some things you can do to help. Walking barefoot outside has been known to be grounding. Walking also helps. Diet can play a major role here is a very simple but good Ayurveda diet guidelines.
Asanas/Yoga can be grounding as well as Tai Chi. Can't forget acupuncture.

Pranayama also has been shown to be of big benefit. I know you know kriya, does it help?

I wrote in my post before that about grounding. As for diet I'm working on that. Thanks for the link.

For me my kriyas seemingly consist of everything.. yoga, tai chi, accupressure, reiki.. also pranayama. I literally don't have to do or understand anything I'm thinking it's probably soul memory.

Thanks for your answer before.
But, now I am confused...a kriya is accupressure?
I got the impression it was movement of some sort...
Can you give me a definition of the word and how to use it?
Thanks again.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

Kriyas are spontaneous movements to varying degrees, yes. So sometimes they might be large movements that you find in hatha yoga.. or other times like this morning I may just find myself with my fingers pressing particular pressure points for ten minutes or something. So it's a mix of many different types of energy work for me.

I don't know what the literal definition of kriya is.. it seems to have differing meanings depending on context.
