Prayer can be meditation

I know isn't the meditation forum, but a simple meditation technique can lead us closer to God.... Here it is:

"Also, remembering that the Breath of God is in you, woven into your very soul, your very being, and that it is your very life, you can focus on your breath, meditate upon your breath, contemplating God breathing through you, your breath as the breath of all living things, the universe and the One God; as you breath out, contemplate the Breath of God sustaining creation, and as you breath in contemplate the return of all things to their Source, God, the True Light. This is also a delightful practice, or devotion, good for the novice and adept alike."

This is a gnostic meditation, i find it to be very nice! :)
