When u keep hearing spirits talking or they invade your space and time just tell them to shut up and leave you alone. I do it all the time. If they are in mY room 2 or 3 in da moring with the shadows. Or moving stuff around I let them know to cut it out. I inform them that we must share the same space and to respect and if they need to talk all in its right time. It works for me try it. You are in control not them. Be stern. And let them know we all can share peacefully. Hope it helps. U may need to do it more than once.
