closing down.
Normally when i meditate and talk to my guides i always close down afterwards.Sometimes i meditate when i go to bed as feeling sleepy can help to tune in.The problem i have is i sometimes fall asleep and so i dont close down properly. Is this ok or is there extra precautions i can take. Any help appreciated.

I have never heard of the idea of "closing down properly". May I ask why you do that, how you do it, and what purpose it serves?
