Anaïs Nin: Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage.

'I': The mind contracts in the darkness of fear, and it expands in the light of consciousness.
For courage to take place, fear has to be present..
The interdependent play, in which we conceptualize life,
while it itself remains untouched, as it holds no such contrasts in its wholeness.

It just is, and (in this state of being) responses are direct and immediate reflections of that what is.
There's no time "to be courageous", when living moment by moment.
Though, of course, that may be exactly what it appears like for the passer-by,
and indeed, for the 'I', upon returning to time; a construct of mind.

So, what do we have here?..The passer-by chasing 'I's tail, while 'I' chases his own,
striving to attain the ideal of courage(again) and in fear of becoming its antonym:
The game is on.

Who sees, that we don't see, things as they are, because we see them only as we are?
Or should 'I' ask "what" instead, since it clearly, can't be us?
Neither 'you', or 'me'
Still, we agree

The Mirror sees
what the 'I' doesn't see

("We", 'you' and 'me', are both 'I's)

The 'I' cannot reflect itself
It requires a Mirror

When reflected by the Mirror
The 'I' disappears
In the absence of the 'I'
the Mirror ceases to be a Mirror..

We see things as they really are
As No-thing
..The nature of reality is Emptiness

Full and Whole
Yes, Love

The Word Became Flesh

John: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

'I': Yes, God is Love:
An eternal potential with no beginning or end.
When manifested through a Word,
simultaneously creates a beginning,
because words are of the Mind,
and the Mind thinks in Time.

When the Word is experienced;
when God is realized;
when Love is experienced
The movement of the Mind in Time, ends

Both ends of the line
Beginning and End
Folds in the middle of Now
Unfolds and blooms
in return
as Timeless Love

The Word, no longer separate
from its experience
has fulfilled its potential

knowing what was lost
