Insight of a problem

Greetings,
I am new at mediation & I'd like to ask you for an advice or a mediation technique that leads to achieving an insight, a solution of a spiritual problem....

Thanks :)

Hi Xmode

Can you be more specific?

There are many different types of meditation - is there a specific spiritual problem you want to resolve?

Peace.

Well I guess my question was, "how to meditate for an answer of a problem"... So which type of meditation to use ....

I'd suggest Tarot Meditation. Get familiar with the Tarot basics first, and how it relates with kabbalah. It is a vast subject but it can give huge results on all planes.

So, when you have a question, just go through the whole tarot deck in a meditative state, Then vary speeds and points of vue. I'm not talking about divination here. Really use the deck as a meditative tool.

After a while you won't even need a physical deck. What you want is to drill your intuition. Also work on the 3 and the 4. What i mean by that, is to get the habit of seeing things as Yin, Yang, and Balanced. And also fro the perspective of the 4 worlds: physical, astral, mental, spiritual.

When you get to that point, you won't need any technique. But just like in many other things, to go formless, you may practice forms a lot first.
