Can anyone tell me what this is. I was thinking citrine but Im not sure.

if it has glitter specks then sunstone. If its like quartz in texture kind of smooth,then citrine n quartz. Some chalcedony n carnelian can also look like this.

no, it doesn't sparkle like my sunstone. It looks close to my citrine and carnelian. Im leaning carnelian but I'd be naive to think those are the only orange stones out there, haha

ARe they all supposed to be the same?
The citrine I have are all see-through yellowish orange.
Sorta quartz-like.

Yes I believe they are the same. My mom goes to the gem show and brings me home strings of gems. Problem is she buys them but doesn't know what they are, lol. Except amethyst. She knows that one

To me, It looks like calcite, mixed with white & smokey quartz. Agate would be another money guess. I own and love carnelians, in my personal opinion they don't look like them

Hello
I am leaning to Aventurine as what it looks like. With the blackish flecks in it that would be one possible clue.
