Healing?
So I've been dating the same wonderful man for about 6 years and this still happens today although not quite as potent.......When we hug and our chests touch, I feel like whole or healing or full or some sense of physical sensation right in my chest. It's difficult to explain but I have always wondered if his presence is healing me. God knows I needed it. Anyone else?

I would say that his presence has a healing effect on you and that this touching amplifies it.

Yes, I know what you mean. I experience this too; sort of discovered it by accident - skin to skin is best.

it sounds rather wonderful Charliesap.
your guy has similar sensations?
through trust, you might experiment and gauge
the scope of this healing energy.
when you've activated the energy, via hug/touch,
you might bring up an injured piece of your psyche
to see if it can find relief.

He does. We have both been injured, like us all in one way or another. I just have never felt such a physical spiritual connection of wholeness in my actual physicalness. Thank you for replying.

That is great to hear :) Similar souls, levels of healing...they say physical touch is important for health and healing and living in general, and when it's with someone you love, it sounds like a wonderful feeling!

When two people are in love their heart chakras connect (and other chakras too, sacral for example)... so it will feel like a blending of energies in the chest primarily and that blending creates healing.

Yeah this weekend I stayed at my boyfriend's house for the first time and we had a really beautiful time with our energies merging, he said he could tap into my energy like it was his own. And when he did that it's like I was swimming around in his heart chakra. It's very very natural. I felt a lot of new energy passing through my own heart from him and it felt very healing - at one point I had to physically shake off all the negative energy inside me that my boyfriend's energy was releasing.
