Cleaning Up My Self
I have been working on cleansing my spiritual body and i think I am doing a great Job. Things are coming up and i am becoming smarter, and more patient and loving and tolerant, and in other areas less tolerant but still patient and a very controlled person over all.
I would like for people to talk about the changes they have made and also for People to Give advice about Cleansing learning and Moving forward in the Spiritual health!

Hi Mary,
One of my best friends can see auras, and she said that when the aura is blocked, the best thing to do is sit under a full moon and let the light naturally cleanse you. We went on a full moon cleanse together, and she said that the outer layer of my aura developed a light silver-white color after. I felt very open and clean afterwards.
