Telepathy between SM's ?

is it possible, and how could i improve/refine it?

I'm convinced telepathy is possible though for me it comes as a shot rather than a conversation - an idea that expands into words, an idea or whatever. The only way to prove it is to ask the sender what they were sending at the precise time you received and see if it matches. (Has happened to me.) Or semi-prove it in receiving some insight or idea that you can be pretty sure would never come into your head through your imagination (as an extension of your past experiences).

Not sure how to improve it. It seems to happen to me when I'm not "thinking" in terms of words; when my mind is most relaxed on something like music or some visual.

One thing's certain. It's easy to believe a message is telepathic when it's something coming up from one's imagination biased by some expectation or another. A guy that you have a passion for, for instance. Like I say, if you can prove it, then it is.

Yes it is possible. The greater our energetic attunement with another, the more we resonate with them and share their thoughts and emotional feelings.

Our society does not foster oneness principals and as a result we are all conditioned to some extent towards isolation. You see this most clearly with political systems. Improving your outlook on life in general will start to refine your compassion factor which in turn will influence your thought patterns. That will help you to become more empathic and prone towards resonating with others more effectively.

Now if you want to improve your telepathy with some one in particular, I find that doing telepathy sessions with them will be effective. I have my own views on how that can be done if you and your SM are interested.

In this modern days with multitude of communication methods. - Cell phone, text, email, facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, Our US president's favorite Twitter, Messenger, etc etc etc.

I am curious, why do you need to perfect telepathy?

If you are trying to actually communicate with your SM through telepathy, make sure that she/he agrees verbally through any of the above methods first before you try telepathy with the person.
If the person did not give you any of their contact info, then you should ask for their contact info first.

When we ask a person for their contact info, it is customary to ask what is their preferred way of communication.
Same goes for the telepathy, ask the person if they want to communicate with you through telepathy.

Personally, it is the most annoying and ineffective communication - Not to mention being invasive.
Unlike the any of the above effective communications, the receiver can not turn it off or let it go to a VM or get it in convenient time. - this can be very intrusive when the person may need to focus on something important.

Being a good communicator is not about one sending their message one's way, but it is about sending the message in a way that the receiver preferred and is able to understand.

It seems like people who need telepathy to communicate with the alleged soulmate simply lack the means of direct, real-life communication. And that is the big question here. If you guys are soulmates/twinflames/etc, shouldn't you both desire to communicate in real life?

Soulmates have natural telepathy whether it's a need or not. Happens all of the time between me and my parents, and we talk in person. It just happens.

You can have telepathy with anyone, not just with soulmates. I wouldn't know how to improve it, though. For me it just happens and sometimes it even bothers and stresses me, especially when I'm in contact with too many people. I agree that it can be invasive if done on purpose, as Zisudra said. It can probably be useful in situations when we don't have access to normal communication tools, like in the midst of an apocalypse or something similar :), but other than that I don't think it's really that necessary.
