Are there any good remedies for low blood pressure? I am dizzy all the time and it is becoming a bit dangerous as well. I looked online and I used some(drinking beetroot juice-yuk!,honey and cinnamon..) I drink water, green tea(twice a day),fruit and veg...

Any more home made tips that you know?

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.

I had low blood pressure a few years ago and my Doctor at the time said to just add a little salt to my food - as we know, people are advised to cut out salt if they have high blood pressure...

Worth a try...?

If your heart, Kidneys and Liver are fine...

This might be something to do with your adrenal glands, if you diet is healthy and you are taking in plenty of nutrients and especially minerals/Celtic/Himalayas sea salt. Also if you're liver is fine and you are not due a detox, i honestly think this is down to having weak adrenal's maybe due to chronic stress....

When your adrenal glands are weak, you can have low blood pressure! and serious fatigue.

You could just play it safe with a supplement like this, and also be sure to eat plenty of foods which contain magnesium. Your adrenal glands use allot of magnesium to function and Vitamin C. Eat cashew nuts, and green leafy vegetables....

: Also avoid drinking, caffeinated drinks even tea's. Caffeine stimulates your adrenal glands to start pumping out chemicals and hormones, people think its caffeine that gives you energy. Caffeine is just a stimulant, which means its just a co-factor to something metabolically that your body still have to do itself!! Caffeine will over-stress your adrenal glands if they are weak.........

talk to your doctor

Some people are just genetically low.

Just as another has suggested, have your adrenals checked and your thyroid and your blood sugar. Carnitine deficiency may also be an issue. There are numerous reasons that it could be dropping.

Try doing everything in moderation, drinking water, exercising, etc. and not overdo anything. Talk to your doctor. Have them check everything before you begin any kind of medication. Too many have been misdiagnosed.

Rosemary raises blood pressure.
But please make sure you have a thorough diagnosis about what's happening. There may be a hidden cause....
Then of course you have a choice about which sort of healing you want to take. But get a diagnosis first.

It is really dependent upon the cause of the low blood pressure, for example Anemia is quiet often a cause of low blood pressure which would presumably lead to the requirement of more Iron rich foods.

In my experience (limited) Low Blood Pressure is a symptom as opposed to a single entity..Either way. I hope you know or find the cause of your Low blood Pressure and are able to take steps to remedy it.
