Ruby Harvey - She would have been 10 today...
She would have been 10 years old today... on this July 4th... she was only four when she was killed...
She must be in a good place now... with her father, mother and sister...
It's important to remember that she lived... loved... played... I remember her shy smile... such a sweet little thing...

What a horrible and sad event. I live in Richmond and the whole city grieved for the Harvey family. The murders were grisly and senseless. At least they all are together now and beyond pain and fear. I never knew the Harveys, as I had only moved here that month. But they touched many people here and the sadness in the city was everywhere.
May Ruby and her family rest in peace and light.
