More Violent Reaction in Meditation
So, I posted yesterday I think, about how when I was meditating, I got some weird throat sensations.
This time, today, it was much more violent and pronounced. I felt sick almost to the point of throwing up before I stopped.
I also saw red very briefly. It just came up randomly like a light flash.
Is there something wrong with my throat chakra? What should I focus on next time so that I’m not struggling breathing/feeling like I don’t have a wind pipe?

I don't know anything about chakras, so I can't address that part of your question.
I believe spirits can affect your body like that. As long as you aren't being very negative all the time you probably don't have to worry - I believe that angels/your guides will protect you from dangerous spirits. Of course you are entitled to believe whatever makes sense to you.
I haven't had my throat affected but my spirits will communicate with me in other ways. I've had very strong sensations in other body parts.
If you want more detail you can message me.

It would be for you to figure out if the cause is something physical ... reflux for example or something else.
The throat chakra may be likened as a connector, a communicator between the gross and subtle domains. Stepping beyond the illusion we tend to call real into the ethereal.
Blockages here in my view have to do with inability to disassociate from ferality in thought, word & deed. Somehow in this context, I recall a dialogue from the movie ‘the sixth sense’ which goes like this : “only he who is pure of heart can take the sword from the stone”

My view is, cease to imagine chakras and such things and be present with the sensations as they are actually experienced by you. Be at peace with the feelings that come up, continue to breathe normally, and it will pass soon enough.

Meditation is known to cause hallucinations, sometimes scary ones that appear and feel very real. I don't understand (and probably never will) why a lot of people think meditating can actually stir up a conversation with them and their invisible cheerleaders.
