Magical martial arts

I practice the martial arts and have learned something involving potential and the imagination. The first time I tried I became aware that my mind was responsible for my movements. I started to imagine my moves as I made them. I would do a spin kick for example and see my movements in my mind. I could then project and visualize myself getting better form and my imagination would merge with my movements, so I would perform the move I imagined. If for example I held a vision of being slightly off balance I would be, but the next move I could predict, or merge, a better ability and then I would automatically perform it. The results of this merging was phenomenal.

Later on, with the practice I had attained, I started to imagine that damage, both to the opponent and to myself could be altered by pre-visioning the result. I imagined that a force could be placed into my fists to be discharged on contact. When I charged my hands I touched my face and an electric discharge was released. It wasn't damaging but held quite a kick. I went further to realize that the blows of my enemy can also be pre-visioned, and I imagined and intended that the damage would be reduced to nothing. In a way I made my pain receptors inactive. The next fight I was in my opponents blows felt like nothing to me.

I realized also that there is an awareness that surrounds me, apart myself, that sees perfectly my opponents intentions, and intended moves. I realised that this awareness could guide my movements to block my opponent's attacks. I went into practice with an opponent and watched as my body let go and just flowed. My movements were not my own, and they blocked every attack perfectly. I felt great as my body automatically moved.

Skill and imagination go hand in hand.

Remember when you throw your strikes it is the central nervous system which sends the impulses to the muscles. Just imagining throwing a kick is going to improve your form

Satori is developed in the advanced stages of Martial Arts practice.

Oneness:

We are all one, the enemies we perceive are in our own mind. The Martial Arts purify the mind, this gives us the power to overcome our own darkness.

Nothing can hurt us when we are in control of ourselves!

Most people say they "do" Martial Arts, I disagree. For the Martial Artist to develop AIKI and Satori, the Martial Arts must be LIVED!

Important to remember: Jutsu is the method and Do is the martial way. Many get those confused.

I'm just curious, how old are you and how long have you been practicing martial arts?

I am 33 and have been practicing martial arts for about 10 years. But most of my practice is just by myself. I am much more practiced in meditation and magical arts. The ability to become active in my thoughts, meaning that they become manifestative.

That is cool. I just started taking a class in Taekwondo. I test in two weeks for my green stripe on yellow belt. As soon as I have that, I want to do sparring and maybe some day tournaments. I'm an old guy, about 44. I feel like sparring will be a good outlet for me.

I suppose I should meditate, but I'm not sure what to do.

44s not old! jeesh.

There are many ways to meditate. A very simple one is just to clear your mind of all thoughts, and then visualize a place you want to be at. This will strengthen your visualization skills, and with practice leads to projection, or astral traveling.

I would certainly like to be at the beach. I was planning on sitting in the rain, on the beach, under an umbrella, watching the waves splash at our feet. But they're expecting 55 mph winds along the coast, so...

Do you think that visualizing makes your life better?

Do you think that visualizing makes your life better?

It has activated a center for receiving visions for me, and advanced telepathic imagery. Upon awakening my visualization center my memories are more pronounced, i can see them in my minds eye, like a record or a photograph. Almost to the point of reliving them.

I have entered into mindscapes created by myself and cocreated by spirit friends that i have met while astral traveling. We work together in the mindscape practicing mental feats. Some call them guides and angels guides. I just call them spirits.

Entire worlds can be formed in the mind, and with practice can be as real as this one.
