(Keeping blogging if someone interested)

So what I do is:

When I am not happy with my thoughts...

I just breathe and say:

I am not responsible for my thoughts, I never was: The machine is working on its own with millions of unknown input. It is impossible to judge the thoughts (past and present).

I am not trying to understand why I am having these thoughts because:

1) I can't
2) This is dangerous because making guesses may create more issues in the machine
