The negative dreams are your own subconscious trying to sort it out.

It will be three years ago tomorrow (March 1st) that my mom passed. I feel her all the time, that not meaning she is not on with her life, and me with mine. Right after the funeral, I didn't feel her too much. It hurt a little, especially since someone said in passing, that she went to the light and was gone. Not so! I think she was resting, then doing her life review. But now she is doing her work over there in spirit world, but we connect with each other all the time, in a way like we would be doing on earth. Sometimes she isn't home, since she went to bingo, lol, but the next night, when we both get home from work, we talk. By this example, I want you to know that it is just that easy to communicate with our loved ones on the other side.
