As already stated, larimar and aqua aura are fab! I've also found amber to be an AMAZING crystal for the throat chakra (although I discovered this by accident!). xxx

This is a very helpful thread for me too...thank you everyone. I've got a cough which I've had checked out by my GP and which is not a major physical problem. I told her yesterday that I found it difficult to tell the difference between a physical and a nervous/anxious cough...she subtly hinted that it could be do with my throat chakra (bless her...she had no idea that it's what I had been wondering myself...those words and her subsequent conversation about self love helped me no end). And so does this thread.

The precious stone, Sodalite helped me sooth my throat chakra a whole lot, maybe that's just me, but I will always use it if I feel any discomfort in my throat energy.
