Moringa The Cure-All Tree

Moringa Tree is also known as the Drumstick Tree or the Never Die Tree.

Every part of the plant has medical properties and the leaves are very high in vitamins, amino acids and trace minerals.

For a while now, I have been using a Moringa face cream made by The Body Shop and I have noticed a visible improvement in the tone and texture of my skin which has also been helped by regular collagen supplements like bone broth (I am not a vegetarian).

Back to Moringa...I have read how this one tree grows in the most arid environments and can be used to assist starvation and malnutrition in underdeveloped regions of Africa..

Thing is, how do you cook/prepare it? I have seen videos about people juicing the leaves, but are there other tasty and nutritious ways of preparing the Moringa plant?

If anybody out there has any ideas or experience with using Moringa, I would love to read it.

I just buy the powder and put a scoop in my smoothie.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

For now I use the powder in juice, etc.

My small Moringa trees have gone dormant for the winter - a cold night came and that was it. One of them was flowering !!
