Warm Greetings
Hi everyone,
Recently joined the community in the hope of expanding my mind and knowledge into alternative healing and medicines.
I'm a Yoga Teacher with a focus in using Yoga to ease anxiety and stress. Alongside this I'm also a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapy, coming from an integrative background.
I'm hoping to expand my knowledge and insight into different methods and approaches in the hopes of merging and combining all the above into an approach or integration.
Looking forward to getting stuck in and exploring
