has some great pre made things like pasties and other great stuff.

the quorn mince can make a good spaghetti sauce or chilli con carn.

I find stir frys with tofu quick and easy. frozen or fresh veggies tofu and pantry sauces n the wok til it tastes edible.

Quorn make nice patties to make burgers with too and there are many other types of patties tiy cab buy too.

My absolute favorite-felafels. yummy felafels taboleh hommus and salad a wrap too is good with it.

sorry guys you may call silver beet "spinach" I'm from Australia and here spinach and silver beet are 2 different vegies. Anyway silver beet has big green leaves with a central white stalk...By the sound of it we should start a recipe club on here ....lol Blessings Lynn.

Great ideas everyone...I will never be short if culinary ideas again!
By the way, got a vegetarian haggis from Tesco last week. Had it yesterday for my Sunday dinner (with all the trimmings)...it was absolutely delicious!

Hi here is a recipe I made today....I hope i don't take up too much space...3 slices of bread crumbed..400gm tin chick peas drained and rinsed..1 carrot peeled and sliced..1 zucchini sliced...3 shallots or 1 leek sliced...1/2 cup grated tasty cheese... 1 egg beaten [to bind] Process bread in food processor ..place in large bowl [2 cups needed]..then add chickpeas,carrots ,zucchini,shallots or leek and process then place in bowl with breadcrumbs beaten egg and cheese season with seasalt and fresh ground pepper..roll in flour.. shape into patties and fry till golden brown...I serve these with ginger potatoes [give you recipe later if you want]and sliced tomatoes...blessings Lynn
