I guess they must be doing something, otherwise they would not have survived for all these millennia. I know, that some Hindu and Buddhist priests also specialise in spiritual protection. Traditional Shamans also do it. Your local crystal / New Age store probably has someone who specialises in it. I think it is fairly common. There's lady no more than 50 yards from my house who does curse removal, cleansing from oppressive spirits and whatnot, definitely not from a Christian perspective.

I noticed I was getting spiritual attacks when my energy was very low and sick, I had to ground and meditate for awhile to put my defenses back up. Never was aware of this until recently. I'm so glad someone created this thread to explain more. :)

I'm flawed as anyone else, but it all seems a trick to me. A stockholm syndrome of sorts. Suffering is not good, but we have to regardless, just as man does when he is imprisoned by guards and prisons; we are of our mind. We can say we are free, but at most we are just taking from someone else's freedom to reach some standard that we decided is freedom. Strength through the public eye, is actually weakness most of the time when you look through a scope of sin. If you don't like suffering, I suppose surrender, and that is the path that prior posts suggest. Do what you think is good. Yet, my sightline of it is if you surrender, you should surrender your voice and your persuasiveness, if not, then you become the wall that you may be faced with now for someone else. What is legion? How can a human being really tell the difference between a god/satan energy matrix? Is there a difference? And so many questions that will never be answered by the time you make your next mistake.

In my experience that does not always work, though can easily work on the weaker demons. At one point I did believe that I had more power then any spirits or demons which could try to attack me. I'd got rid of many negative entities with blasting them with certain energies so had no fear of them (you build up confidence when you'd seen many flee you shrieking) but one day I came across one which this just did not work on (it was an ancient Egyptian demon, I'd intruded into it's space when I was OBEing and checking out a sarcophagus in a pyramid and it followed me back to my body). I tried everything that day in my knowledge base.. before I finally had to end up calling for others to help me (after my efforts to get rid of being failed using my normal methods, I tried Christian prayers and all kinds things which all also failed.. it was Master Babaji who ended up coming to my aid and pulled the demon off of me and took it away.

The being almost ended up killing me. My face was all horrid shades of blue, pale, red after that experience as it had stopped me from being able to breath by blowing an thick energy in front of my face while it had hold of me, preventing me from being able to sit up and get out of bed though I was moving around squirming trying to get it off of me but it was too strong. I do not know which ancient Egyptian demon it was as I have not tried to research the one I experienced but it was very powerful... it didn't even properly flinch at the things I did to try to get rid of it.. it was like I was no more bother to it than if I had been a mosquito or ant.

Relax.

I remember none night I started getting lucid in my dream and it was a nightmare. Almost as it turned lucid I was pulled out of my dream and I could feel this being pulling me, it was angry. At the start it was a better attle of will until I remembered a thought I had had a few days earlier: that 8 was more powerful because I had a physical body. With that thought I just relaxed and this calm energy started to flow from me, clearing the room.

Look for your local pagans or wiccans and ask them to perform a banishing ritual at your house. I used to be in a paranormal group that had pagan members do the banishing ritual in bad spots. Look for sage, frankincense, myrrh, dragons blood. Even nag champa can help. Look into witch bottles. Wear black tourmaline or similar (eg obsidian, onyx).

Try to find out why you're under attack, even ask the entities harassing you if you have to, they have to explain it. Face the darkness not with foolish pride, but with bold curiosity, that's what works best for me.
