Fat loss vibrating machine
Has anyone got one of these? My Dad has one of these because of arthritis in both his hips. He's just got it so time will tell if it works or not.

Well tonight I was on it and it broke down. Shot up to 60 when I was only at 30. Now start button isn't working.
Least it's got a two year guarantee.

I may have seen those in infomercials. It broke already? Bummer.
I have yet to know a single person that uses it. I thought it was a little silly at first however, I am reading through message boards and it appears people are having success with it. Interesting. You should look at other health message boards to get more information on it.

It sounds like it does the same thing as a tread but not using energy like walking and running.

I saw these being tested out by a group of women on Supersize vs Superskinny. It seemed to work, they lost inches

Unfortunately the vibration platforms and other machines of this type do not yield in weigh loss. To lose weigh a person must achieve negative caloric intake (less calories in and more calories out) through exercises and a healthy diet. The vibration plates do however help to improve the bone density.
