What to expect
I'm going to be receiving hypnotherapy for the first time ever and I'm a little nervous to be honest. I don't really know what to expect from it, Hell I don't even know if I'm susceptible to hypnosis.
A few things came up during therapy that my support worker reckons hypnotherapy will help me heal.
