My "Technique"...See if you relate
Good day to you all!
I would like to share a "technique" that I use when I meditate. I don't like the word "technique", because meditation is more about feeling and intuition rather than a sequence of actions. Anyways...my connection to energy is evolving and this is what I do during meditation (as well as other things):
While focusing on my body and physical existence, I let my visual perspective pull back and then let the space before me expand.
It is almost literally a "Pulling back and out" sort of thing. Of course, I don't force it – it only happens after I am deeply relaxed and have been sitting down for around ten minutes or so.
