Repeated cycle
Just when I get refocused and start to really venture forward, he comes back around and reaches out to me. It happens over and over. Then my flow is off again. It's frustrating.
I'm in a great mindset and have regrounded myself. We'll see what happens.  |

I am going through the same thing. I saw my TF today... sooooo frustrating because I get triggered like crazy and everything I have done to get over her just seems for naught. Doesn't help that she's the one who approaches me, acts all nice, and I all I want to say is "go kill yourself" in the moments afterwards. |

Ugh, so sorry that you had a run-in. Situations like that are tough without even being tfs, so I can only imagine. It's interesting, all the different situations people have with their tfs. Mine lives far away, but I miss his presence and friendship. I'm happy when I hear from him, but when he disappears again I get annoyed for awhile because it throws off my groove. Just stay or go. |

I always feel her presence, that's the thing. Her hanging onto me like a life support vest is not helping but hindering my ability to heal. Yet when you know someone is in a less than ideal situation and they refuse to make changes, I just want to scream out "I don't want to deal with this anymore. Go make yourself happy already and leave me alone. Or be with me." |
