Potential to heal?

Hi,
I went to a spiritual awareness group on Sunday and whilst having a go at healing I was told I had real potential. I was paired with a Healer due to there being an odd number. Whilst I was healing her we could both see white light. I was told that this is healing energy. Can anyone help me with this as its a new subject for me. Was this healing energy? Could I be a natural? Can anyone do this? So many questions but I love the thought of learning more. I've also been told I'm very spiritually sensitive and that there's a lot of spirits around me who want to make contact!

Potentially healing is something we are all capable of. However, some people as you mentioned are more sensitive in seeing and feeling the vibrational energies and colors of another person's aura. White light has a powerful influence on our health and healing....when white light is shone through a prism, it reflects all the colors of the rainbow.

I can feel the enthusiasm you felt with this spiritual awareness group and when you were paired with a healer. I would definitely look into different types of healing, ie, quantum touch, reiki, therapeutic touch, etc., and see which one interests you and go for it!

Richie, I am getting involved in this too. I've had several people now tell me that I should focus on healing others, or I've had people call me a healer and tell me I need to practice it. I am just getting started. I have my Reiki II certification but for me I think it helps not to label it. That's just me though. I tend to just say that I'm sending somebody healing rather than Reiki. But I know many people who would rather say Reiki. Its all about finding your own way, at least that's what I'm discovering. I'm just at the beginning of this part of my journey, so I'd love to find out how its going for you and share as well. :)
