Which crystal for self expression?

Hi all,
I have a question. Does anybody know which stone I can wear best when I want to express myself better? Especially in dancing. Dancing is something I only am able to do when everything feels completely right to me; the music, the people, the atmosphere. But I would like to be able to dance no matter what, without feeling uncomfortable.

Moving, dancing, authentically expressing yourself that way is 2nd chakra.
I'd go for stones for either one of the first 3 chakras. They all have to do with having confidence, feeling good about yourself, which is important to do what you want. First is about that basic good feeling that you have the right to be. 2nd I already explained, 3rd is exchange with environment. Fear due to lack of confidence and being yourself is stored there.
That's why I said, a stone for any of the first 3. But I'd do some other work next to it to gain more confidence in Self. Crystals and stones aren't miracle workers. They do help, but it's more like a little support. If you actively work on your issues -inner child work- things will really get moving. Google inner child work.

Self expression huh? Well I think my choice would be blue lace agate.

I'd recommend going to a crystal store and hovering your hand a few centimeters away from any crystal that might catch your eye (energy tends to enter on the left and exit on the right). I'd think many crystals could work for the purpose you intend. Like was mentioned, I'd recommend perhaps something blue - maybe kyanite or blue lace agate. Celestite is another great one with empowering properties.

SHe's asking about esp dancing, moving, with confidence. That's NOT throat chakra. Throat is about vocally expressing, not moving/dancing. That's Sacral which is also about expressing, but not the vocal part.
As such, 2nd and 5th are connected.
