My mother's strange experience

I'm not quite sure if this belongs here or not.If it doesn't please let me know where you think this thread should go. Recently it seems as though my mom's third eye has started to open and she is seeing paranormal occurrences around our house. Recently she was lying down and she looked up at the ceiling and saw herself sleeping. I don't know much about astral projection so I'd like to know if this is normal? Usually i hear its the other way around, like you see your self sleeping in bed not on the ceiling.. ;p Hope someone can help clear this up for me, it's got me a little worried. Thanks

Welcome to the forum , it does sound like she had an out of body exp.

This occurs occasionally. Since consciousness is not physical in nature, it has the innate ability to be in multiple places at the same time. Sounds like her physical consciousness hadn't fully transferred to her astral body - nothing to worry about, lt was probably just a partial projection.

Actually this is something that happens to me sometimes. I'll see myself floating above myself.. lol. It's weird. Always wondered what it was but durgaa seems to have answered it.
