Using crystals with your psychic abilities

Whats your thoughts on using crystals with psychic work and development?
What kind of crystals are best used for ESP?
ive got a ton of questions really...
some crystals of mine i find distract me but i really love using them with all kinds of spiritual work i do. i feel butt naked without them..

Hi,

I like using quartz crystals. I hold two of them when I do most of my telepathy sessions. I use the other 4 when I do my daily chakra exercises. That is when I rotate 3 of them while using one constantly.

In my case I do not focus on the crystals. I let them retain and sustain the energies of my intentions.
