Who are some of the teachers /people that you resonate with? I find that it can vary over time or I'll experience something similar after.
I'm always worried I'll "experience" something because I want it to happen or be looking out for it.
Do you feel that it's best to mind your own path or look for teachers to follow? Both?

To my mind, just listen to what you are drawn to. I listen to whatever comes up for me. The truth is that the Universe may send you a message in someone you would not have usually thought to listen to. Go with your heart.
I listened to someone the other day that I think is absolutely awful, however some of the stuff that was said was helpful. It's about being discerning. Knowing what vibrates to your level (as Fairy said). And just allowing it to be.
It's the human concept that has us thinking and analyzing and doing. This is unnecessary because your divine spark will draw you to where you need to go. Sometimes you may not like the person ... Like I say I thought that person that I listened to the other day was awful, however you just don't know where you'll find your gems.
Also if you feel that someone is off center then they probably are, your internal compass will help you with this...
