Hopefully this is just for those who learned restricting methods for Astral Projection via cord technique. If this is for everyone, then why would we want to teach people to learn how to astral project with the chord just to cut it later? It's redundant, a waste of time! Might as well teach them how to AP without the bloody cord to begin with.

May be it's a list of things which you can cut . I know my friend visualised a large cigarette infront of her and cut the chords and now she is a non smoker . Unfortunately she has to now cut the cords from the doughnuts :)

This has nothing to do with AP , it's about energy work and chakras .  |

Astral Projection and energy work/chakra/chi/aura have almost EVERYTHING to do with each other. |

Yeah it's a list for cord cutting. The next document that I'm going to post is a list of cord cutting macros. Alyssa has taken the above list and simplified it so all you have to do is say "Love and light beings, please cut ( ) macro, heal and transmute to love and light -- repeating 'heal and transmute to love and light' until your voice breaks".
The macro document is a bit longer but the above list gives you an idea of cords that you can cut. I'm going to need time to post it, hopefully I'll get it done in the next few days...

Topaz, no it has nothing to do with astral projection. These are a list of types of possible cords that can get attached and need cutting.

The list is a list of things or issues, which might be holding you back from moving on in your life . Hope that helps :)
