Heart discomfort?

Hi
I have done a lot of spiritual work this year and healed a lot of past wounds. Over the last few weeks, however, I have been feeling discomfort in my heart. A few times in deep meditation a very strong uncomfortable feeling came up in this area so I had to break the meditation.

I wonder what this might be? Could this be a sign of my heart healing? Is this common?

If you ae having pains in your chest especially your heart I would advise you to see your doctor. it may be nothing but it needs to be checked

When the heart chakra gets active,pain in the chest occurs.I tested it several times.In fact i like it.It's a sensation of pain and tingles.

Berries address heart conditions so try eating more berries throughout the day between meals. I would also consult a doctor regarding berries and any other suggestions.
