Painful electric sensations

I had another lucid dream projection and felt a couple of electric shocks during it and also when I re-entered my body. It was quite painful. Has anyone else experienced this or know why this happens? This is the first time this has happened to me.

i feel sometimes such electric shocks, maybe not as painful as you feel. I suppose it is somekind of energy storage-blockage which hinders the flow of energy therefore moving between those realms can be hurtful as transscripting your energy pattern is ''tensed''

Wow you have very rare experience and mentioned here that it is painful, did you feel anything after this.

I experienced it a bit during the AP and while I was going back into my body. When I woke up, I felt fine, though. I guess it wasn't extremely painful, just uncomfortable.

hi guys I'm jacob you know I have had the same however the sensations i felt were my whole body vibrating intensely. Also i hear the best i can explain is this noise look up OBE noises its the video in all black with small white lettering in the middle its an intense sound of clashing lightning warped check the link out if anyone has hears this.
