How do you deal with past life dark energy ?

How do you deal with lots of dark energy that you brought into this life ?
I try to apply infinite love to it, and it works, but it's taking so long. I might be missing something, for it to be taking so long.

Not really looking for a shortcut. Just looking for more effective ways to deal with it.

like you do send love and light to it

visualize that which you see as dark and send light to it

interesting that i would say 'you see as dark'

perhaps there lies the road to your more effective way

see the balance in all and set your self free

reliving 'bad' things brings them in the now where you are now

end that :-) and work en releasing bonds and not naming as 'bad' is making

a bond and link to it in such a way

Have you heard of narrative therapy ,its about rewriting your life in a positive frame, being able to see positives in the hard times ,like maybe you loved yourself in a

certain way or coped in a certain way during a time that was challengeing ,maybe that day you also saw some ducks a mother and her babies and it made you smile ,by

looking for positives in all situations you can bring yourself back to the now where you can keep seeing and making more.. hope this helps thats what Im doing also just

saying ,writing and thinking I truly forgive and forget all of my past that was hurtful and everyone invovled ,I now take responsibility in creating positives in my life...

Energy isn't dark, light, positive, negative or anything else - it's just energy. If that's your perspective then that's your choice and not the way the energy is. Instead of focussing on the energy focus on what happened and gain a different understanding, often when Past Life issues come into this Life what's needed is a different understanding from an onjective perspective, not the perspective of being re-immersed in the experience.

Maybe its a family spirit that was dark at the time that they died.

If it is, then they want protection and forgiveness from God.

Since knowing that it is there, has it given you any temptations to sin ?
If not, then it means you no harm.
