Bach's Flower Remedies
Hi there!
Has anyone had any experience of these? I've just been given a gift of the complete set and I am very excited to try them.
Has anyone got any advice please?

Research on Bach flower remedies/ Readings
I have some experience with it and I am currently working with them and studying them. They are wonderful :) Aspen is good to clear any doubt or fears, whitechestnut for any worries or unwanted thoughts, olive is good for exhaustion , oak for being dutiful yet doubtful and tired with daily routine, scleranthus for more direction when you clear from your fears, it give more purpose.
